With the Seattle Mariners 2026 season over, it's time to check out the state of the farm system. It’s the lifeblood of any baseball franchise. Seattle had some exciting developments down on the farm, especially on the pitching side with Kade Anderson and Ryan Sloan.

Mariners prospects were hitting the ball well too in all levels. Let’s take a look at four prospects across all levels of Seattle’s organization and highlight the top offensive seasons of the 2026 minor league system:

Felnin Celesten, SS, High-A Everett

Seattle’s young shortstop is their No. 5-ranked prospect. He finished the year in Double-A Arkansas but did most of his damage with the AquaSox up in Everett. He won the Northwest League batting title, hitting .314 over 80 games. He added a solid .943 OPS and 137 wRC+, both tops in the Northwest League as well. All of this earned him 2026 Northwest League Most Valuable Player honors.

Storm 2026 Season Grades: Taina Mair

Taina Mair, the No. 14 overall pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft, played an end-of-bench role for the Seattle Storm as a rookie. Seattle was a guard-needy team, but she still struggled to find playing time.

Huskies, Demond Williams Jr. Likely to Get Needed Break

Washington Huskies coach Jedd Fisch said Monday that he was "not under the impression" that quarterback Demond Williams Jr. will be ready to play against Purdue. Healthy or not, should UW roll with the hot hand of Elijah Brown on Friday?

This isn't the Seahawks first rodeo when it comes to dealing with the consequences of Sam Darnold turning over the football in bunches. Can Seattle count on him to rebound like he did last year after a rough start?
