Atop the depth chart, few NFL teams have more firepower than the Seahawks do in the interior of their defensive line. But losses in the offseason have created some questions that need to be answered in the depth department.

Even with Leonard Williams, Jarran Reed, and Byron Murphy II under contract, the Seahawks had a huge void to fill in the middle of their defensive line coming out of the 2025 NFL Draft, making the return of a respected veteran a crucial one for the franchise.

Brought on board to provide another veteran presence in the trenches, Johnathan Hankins turned in a solid first season with the Seahawks. But will he be back for an encore?
