RENTON, Wash. - Dealing with significant injuries coming out of their their win over the Kansas City Chiefs last weekend, the Seattle Seahawks will be without multiple starters as they aim for a second straight prime time win against the Chicago Bears on Monday Night Football.

But for the first time all season, Seattle's backfield may finally be whole, with Zach Charbonnet expected to make his 2026 debut and rookie Jadarian Price trending towards potentially being available against Chicago as well. Starting linebacker Drake Thomas will also be back in the lineup after missing two games with a sprained ankle.

Sidelined at practice all week, left tackle Charles Cross (ankle) and receiver Rashid Shaheed (knee) have been ruled out for Seattle, creating notable voids on the offense line and in the receiving corps for Monday night. Reserve running back and special teams cog Velus Jones Jr. (hamstring) also has been ruled out and will miss Monday's matchup.

On the flip side, Charbonnet did not receive an injury designation, with coach Mike Macdonald stating that the Seahawks intend for him to suit up for the first time on Monday night on a pitch count. The fourth-year runner missed the first seven games of the season recovering from a torn ACL suffered in the postseason back in January, including sitting out last Sunday despite being activated to the roster.

Meanwhile, Price didn't receive a designation from Seattle either, but the team would have to activate him to the 53-man roster by Monday, which Macdonald hinted wasn't guaranteed at this point.

"We have a plan for Zach. And with JD, I think if we were to make a move, I think that would happen on on Monday," Macdonald said. "We'll see if that's what we do. We've got some things roster-wise that we're working through."
