SEATTLE, Wash. — In an era where more and more football teams are closing practices to fans and media, Washington Huskies head coach Jedd Fisch is going the opposite direction.

Fisch said at Tuesday’s fall camp-opening press conference that he plans to have all practices open.

“I want our players to feel comfortable playing in front of anybody that wants to watch … We all have a responsibility to promote our players. We’re in a new world with name, image and likeness,” Fisch said. “Over the last four years, we’ve all learned different aspects of how to market our team and brand our guys, and help our guys succeed in the community. And I think that one of the best ways to do that is [to] allow the community to meet our guys.”

The team utilizes a combination of The Dempsey Indoor Center, Husky Stadium and the east practice field depending upon weather and how much space is needed. Be sure to subscribe to the Emerald City Spectrum for full access to coach and player interviews, analysis and practice reports.

Below is the schedule through Aug. 17. Times and days are subject to change, so be sure to check for updates. Most practices run about two to two-and-a-half hours in length. Entry is free, though there is usually a fee for parking in the surrounding lots.
