Assuming the 2026 WNBA season begins on time amid ongoing CBA negotiations, the Seattle Storm will begin their season on Friday, May 8, at home against the Golden State Valkyries.
The Storm released their entire 2026 schedule on Wednesday, highlighted by four games against the Portland Fire, one of the two expansion teams set to join the league next season. The Dallas Wings are the only other team the Storm will play four times.
Exactly half of the Storm’s 44 games will be on the road, with a long five-game road trip from July 6-17. Conversely, their longest home stand is four games from May 20-27.
Seattle’s first chance to redeem itself against the Las Vegas Aces, who knocked them out of the playoffs for the third time in four seasons, will be on Monday, June 8. The Storm won’t host the Aces until Thursday, Sept. 17.
The third game of the season will be against the WNBA’s other new expansion team, the Toronto Tempo, on Wednesday, May 13.
This year’s WNBA All-Star weekend will be from July 24-25 in Chicago.
